Face Cards
About the project
Having spent half of my life in my mother country of Taiwan and the other in the United States, I became interested in the aesthetic notions of the East versus the West. With this concept in mind, I designed a set of face playing cards exploring this duality, and playfully illustrating the opposing cultural ideals on concepts such as beauty and heroism.
